Overall, the 49ers received strong marks in coaching, leadership, and strength and conditioning, reflecting confidence in the team's football operations. However, lower grades in the training room, training staff, and team travel point to areas where players believe improvements are needed.
Several of the 49ers' grades declined from the previous year. In 2025, the team earned a B- for the training room, a B- for the training staff, and an A- for team travel.
The leaked NFLPA report cards provide valuable insight into the 49ers organization and how players view it. The Miami Dolphins ranked first overall, while the Pittsburgh Steelers finished last in the NFLPA's annual report cards.
