The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 15 contest against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Fullback Kyle Juszczyk was a limited participant in practice after sustaining a rib fracture in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns.

Defensive end Sam Okuayinonu (ankle) and linebackers Tatum Bethune (ankle) and Nick Martin did not practice. Martin sustained a concussion against the Browns and is still experiencing symptoms.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan added that another linebacker, veteran newcomer Eric Kendricks, is dealing with a tight calf. Kendricks isn't on the injury report because he is on the practice squad. Teams aren't required to provide injury updates for those players.

"He's got a tight calf today, so I'm not sure how much he's going to go today—if he's going to go," Shanahan said. "But he's working back into here. Hopefully, it's not too bad of a setback with that, but we'll see him when he gets on the field."

Additionally, kicker Eddy Piñeiro returned to practice after missing time with a hamstring injury. The 49ers released veteran Matt Gay this week, clearing the way for Piñeiro to play against the Titans.

"It was a little frustrating because I haven't missed a game in almost four years," Piñeiro said on Wednesday. "So, missing those two games is very frustrating for me, but we're back."

Below are Wednesday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Titans, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
