ESPN's Turron Davenport reports that the San Francisco 49ers will host Louisville cornerback Quincy Riley for a pre-draft visit in Santa Clara. As the team finalizes its evaluations ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, it is expected to conduct most of its top-30 visits next week.

The 49ers previously met with Riley at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, and the cornerback could be an intriguing Day 2 option for the team.

In 2024, Riley registered 33 tackles (three for a loss), 13 passes defensed, two interceptions, and a forced fumble through 10 games, per Sports Reference.

However, his most productive year may have been 2023, when he posted a career-high 49 tackles (two for a loss), three interceptions, and 12 passes defensed. He earned a career-best 85.9 defensive grade from Pro Football Focus while limiting opposing quarterbacks to a 37.2 NFL passer rating.

With the departure of Charvarius Ward, the 49ers need cornerback depth. Deommodore Lenoir and second-year corner Renardo Green are currently at the top of the depth chart. Although, the 49ers added Tre Brown this offseason.

Over his three seasons at Louisville, Riley recorded 109 tackles (six for a loss), one sack, 27 passes defensed, eight interceptions, one touchdown, and a forced fumble.
