On Thursday, two players—wide receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Jordan Mason—practiced in blue no-contact jerseys. While Samuel was a limited participant on Wednesday, Mason was a full participant, making their added precaution in this session notable.
Defensive end Nick Bosa, dealing with a hip issue, was present for team warm-ups but left the field once practice began. Running back Christian McCaffrey, defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos, and offensive lineman Jon Feliciano, who all had their practice windows opened this week, remain limited.
Wide receiver Chris Conley and defensive tackle Kevin Givens continued to miss practice. Additionally, cornerback Charvarius Ward is not expected to practice this week, as he is in Dallas for the funeral of his daughter, who tragically passed away last week.
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Buccaneers, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
