Allen's 91.4 grade came after he completed 7-of-13 passes for 98 yards. Neither 49ers quarterback threw a touchdown in the game, and Dobbs finished with a 60.5 overall grade.
Tight end Jake Tonges topped all 49ers skill players with an 83.3 overall grade and an 87.6 receiving grade. Wideout Chris Conley earned the second-highest receiving grade among his teammates, posting a 74.2 grade alongside a 75.6 overall mark.
Jordan Mason was the highest-graded running back in the game, earning an 83.0 overall mark. Tony Pollard's 74.3 grade was the best among Titans running backs.
Running back Matt Breida received the lowest grade among 49ers offensive players, with a 37.3 overall grade, impacted by a fumble and just four rushing yards on six carries, per Pro Football Focus' statistics.
Guard Sebastian Gutierrez was the 49ers' highest-graded offensive lineman, earning a 69.3 overall grade and a team-high 88.0 pass-blocking grade in 31 snaps.
Rookie offensive lineman Dominick Puni earned a 48.3 overall grade but achieved a solid 74.8 pass-blocking grade during his 25 snaps. Fellow rookie Jarrett Kingston earned a 68.7 overall grade, with an impressive 85.4 pass-blocking grade in his 31 snaps.

Defensive end Jonathan Garvin posted the highest defensive grade among his teammates, with an 84.1 mark. He finished the game with four tackles and three stops in 35 snaps.
The highest pass-rushing grade went to defensive end Alex Barrett, whose 75.3 mark edged out Garvin's 74.0 pass-rushing grade. Barrett finished with two pressures, a quarterback hit, and a hurry in his 24 pass-rushing snaps (46 total snaps).
While cornerback Samuel Womack's 69.5 coverage grade might not stand out, it was the best on the 49ers defense. He allowed one reception on his only target for seven yards in 18 coverage snaps (36 total snaps).
Safety Malik Mustapha, who delivered a hard hit on Titans running back Hassan Haskins to force a turnover on downs and halt a potential scoring drive, earned the team's best tackling grade with an 81.7 mark. Safety George Odum was close behind with an 80.9 tackling grade.
Second-year safety Ji'Ayir Brown earned a 54.7 defensive grade and a poor 30.4 tackling grade, while rookie cornerback Renardo Green posted a 52.5 defensive grade but excelled in run defense with a 79.9 grade and a 79.8 tackling grade.
Surprisingly, linebacker Dee Winters, who has had a strong training camp, earned the team's lowest grade of 28.8. He was credited with two missed tackles and was targeted four times by Titans quarterbacks, resulting in four catches for 31 yards. Winters' run-defense grade of 30.2 was also a team-low.
