Cornerback Ambry Thomas was the highest-graded player of the game, achieving a career-best 90.2 overall grade, including an impressive 90.5 coverage grade. Thomas allowed just two catches for 16 yards on four targets and secured an interception. When targeting Thomas, Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith struggled with a mere 20.8 passer rating.

Defensive end Nick Bosa earned the game's second-highest grade (89.7). Thursday night was the seventh time the pass rusher earned a grade of 85.5 or higher this season. With two sacks and a game-high nine pressures, Bosa's performance marked the seventh time he earned a grade of 85.5 or higher this season. Currently boasting a 93.0 overall grade, Bosa is on track for his highest single-season rating. He now has eight sacks this season and a career total of 51, the fourth-most in 49ers franchise history.

Fred Warner's 88.5 overall grade was his second-highest of the season (90.0 in Week 10). The linebacker has earned a grade of 81.1 or higher in five of the 49ers' last six games. He finished the game with six tackles and is on pace for a career-high 146 tackles this season.


Arik Armstead has recorded back-to-back games with grades of 82.2 or higher. The defensive tackle finished Thursday's game with five tackles and shared two sacks of Smith, giving him five on the season and 33.5 in his career.

Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave registered seven tackles and 1.5 sacks of Smith but earned the team's lowest defensive grade (58.7). While his pass-rush grade of 73.0 was positive, the defensive lineman was hurt by a 43.9 run-defense grade and a 48.6 tackle grade.

Looking at the other side of the football, tight end Charlie Woerner surprisingly earned the game's highest offensive grade with an 88.1 mark. He finished the game with one catch for nine yards. However, his overall grade was boosted by his 75.3 run-blocking grade, which was a team-high.

Running back Christian McCaffrey amassed 139 total yards and two touchdowns in the game. Leading the league with 1,328 total yards from scrimmage and 16 total touchdowns, McCaffrey is on pace for his second season, surpassing 2,000 all-purpose yards and a career-high 24 touchdowns.

Trent Williams' 79.0 overall grade is his highest mark since Week 4 (90.1). The offensive tackle's 86.5 pass-blocking grade was his highest since Week 3 (90.6). He allowed only one pressure in 33 pass-blocking snaps.


Wide receiver Deebo Samuel's 78.3 overall grade was his highest since Week 3 (88.6). Notably, his 75.7 pass-blocking grade reached a personal season-high. Samuel contributed a game-high 79 receiving yards and secured a rushing touchdown.

Quarterback Brock Purdy just missed the list of the five highest-graded 49ers offensive players, coming in at No. 6 with a 75.8 overall grade. Purdy finished the game completing 21 of his 30 passing attempts for 209 yards and a touchdown, his 19th of the season and 32nd of his career.
