Shanahan jumped on a conference call Monday afternoon, providing additional updates.
Tackle Colton McKivitz's ankle was rolled up on during the game, and he has some knee soreness. The coach has labeled him day-to-day.
When asked if Jaylon Moore can play right tackle if needed, Shanahan said, "He does have that flexibility. I mean, we would discuss both [Moore and Matt Pryor]. Once the season starts, [offensive line coach] Chris [Foerster] reps those guys at all the spots. I mean, not as much at their off spots, but he covers us for all those situations because you never know where a year can go.
"So it's always a possibility to swing all those guys. There's spots we prefer them at, but we always have contingency plans that he's constantly trying, when he can, to get him reps with that during the week."
As for the existing injuries heading into Sunday's game, guard Aaron Banks remains out with a turf toe injury. Linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles is considered day-to-day with an ankle injury.
After the win over the Jaguars, defensive tackle Arik Armstead made it clear that he didn't appreciate the actions of opposing offensive lineman Brandon Scherff.
"He tripped me, kicked me in my knee, and kind of messed up my day," Armstead said, adding that he considered it "a dirty play."
Shanahan provided an update on his veteran defensive lineman, saying, "Arik was a little sore, but he made it through good, ended up being fine."
Tackle Trent Williams made it through Sunday's game unscathed. It was his first game back since suffering an ankle injury against the Cleveland Browns on October 15.
"Trent, like I said last night, checked out today the same way," Shanahan shared. "No setbacks, and hopefully, he'll continue to get better this week."
On Saturday, the 49ers placed Drake Jackson on injured reserve. However, the team hopes the second-year defensive end can return this season.
"Drake, he has knee tendinitis that is bothering him," Shanahan explained. "Hopefully, the injection he got should help it go away. He's got to rest for at least a month here, and he'll have a chance, if it recovers the right way, to hopefully come back this year."
