The 49ers listed linebacker Dre Greenlaw and running back Elijah Mitchell as "questionable." They were the only two players on the team's game status report. Both were limited practice participants on Friday.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan was asked if Greenlaw is someone who could play in a game despite receiving limited practice reps.
"Definitely," Shanahan responded.
The coach added the Mitchell has "had a good week" of practice.
Guard Aaron Banks, who has been working through a mild shoulder strain, is good to go.
The Browns ruled out quarterback Deshaun Watson, who is still recovering from a bruised right rotator cuff. P.J. Walker will get the start at quarterback against the unbeaten 49ers.
Cleveland will also be without All-Pro left goal Joel Bitonio, who underwent a knee scope during the team's bye week. The Browns listed David Njoku as "questionable." The tight end reportedly suffered burns to his face while lighting a fire pit at his home on September 29.
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Browns, provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports.
