They aren't the only ones preparing to return from injuries. As expected, wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring), fullback Kyle Juszczyk (finger), and wide receiver Jauan Jennings (hamstring) returned to the practice field.

Neither Samuel nor Juszczyk practiced in the week leading to the road win against the Los Angeles Rams. Jennings missed the first two practices that week but was a limited participant in the third.
Cornerback Jason Verrett (knee), inactive against the Rams, was limited in the week leading to that game. Reporters saw him on the practice field for Monday's light bonus session.
Noticeably absent from the early portion of practice (reporters must leave once team drills begin) were defensive lineman Arik Armstead (foot, ankle) and linebacker Dre Greenlaw (calf). However, the 49ers have three more practices (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) scheduled for this week.
