The biggest news is that running back Elijah Mitchell has been ruled out of the game. While the team hoped that its leading rusher might be able to play, it wasn't optimistic about the chances. Safety Talanoa Hufanga, who suffered a knee sprain against the Atlanta Falcons, is also among those ruled out.
The good news is that linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, who missed this past Sunday's game due to an elbow sprain, is listed as "questionable."
Safety Jaquiski Tartt, who played through an injury on Sunday, appears set to play.
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Titans, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are Wednesday's practice participation reports.
