Tartt landed on injured reserve on October 30 due to a knee injury. This week, the 49ers opened the practice windows for both Tartt and linebacker Dre Greenlaw. However, only Tartt has been activated ahead of Sunday's game. On Monday, the 49ers placed safety Tavon Wilson on injured reserve.
Harris will be available to the 49ers on Sunday. He will revert back to the practice squad on Monday.
San Francisco enters Week 11 with a 4-5 record while Jacksonville is 2-7. Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. PT (1:00 p.m. ET) from TIAA Bank Field. The 49ers are currently a 6.5-point favorite.
The two teams will announce their inactive players 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.
