49ers place Mohamed Sanu and Tavon Wilson on IR, activate Tony Jefferson ahead of Rams game

The San Francisco 49ers have made the following roster moves ahead of tonight's Week 10 home game against the Los Angeles Rams.

  • WR Mohamed Sanu and S Tavon Wilson have been placed on injured reserve
  • S Tony Jefferson has been activated from the practice squad

The 49ers already ruled Sanu and Wilson out for Week 10. Sanu is dealing with a knee injury while Wilson is dealing with a foot injury. Safety Jimmie Ward (quadricep) was listed as "questionable" for tonight's game.

San Francisco enters tonight's game with a 3-5 record while Los Angeles is 7-2. Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. PT from Levi's Stadium. The Rams are currently favored by 3.5 points.

The two teams will announce their inactive players 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.
