Running back Elijah Mitchell suffered a fractured finger during Monday night's win against the Los Angeles Rams. He did not practice.
"He just had [the procedure] yesterday," head coach Kyle Shanahan said. "Today, he's not good enough to practice. I think he'll go Sunday, but we've got to see day to day."
Another rusher, JaMycal Hasty, was also sidelined.
Rookie offensive lineman Jaylon Moore, who exited Monday's game with a knee injury, was limited. As were wide receiver Deebo Samuel and cornerback Josh Norman.
Shanahan revealed that the 49ers opened the practice windows for linebacker Dre Greenlaw and safety Jaquiski Tartt. Both could play on Sunday.
Below are Wednesday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Jaguars, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
