Running back Elijah Mitchell practiced for the second consecutive day but remained in a blue no-contact jersey, limiting his involvement.
Wide receiver Deebo Samuel also practiced for the second day in a row. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said the receiver's calf "is worse this week," but that doesn't eliminate his chances of playing on Sunday. That's why he is listed as "questionable" for the game.
Defensive end Dee Ford and tackle Trent Williams also practiced. Ford is also "questionable" while Williams is not listed on the game status report.
Tight end George Kittle will be ready to play on Sunday. Shanahan said the 49ers will activate Kittle and kicker Robbie Gould from injured reserve on Saturday. There is a chance that running back Jeff Wilson is activated from the physically-unable-to-perform list too.
Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins are listed as "questionable."
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Cardinals, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports.
