Deebo Samuel did not practice. Although, head coach Kyle Shanahan noted that the team is being cautious with the second-year receiver. Sunday was his first game back since injuring his hamstring on October 25, and Samuel was a little sore this week.
Also not practicing is cornerback K'Waun Williams, who Shanahan said is not expected to practice this week as he continues to recover from a high-ankle sprain.
Running back Tevin Coleman and offensive lineman Tom Compton, who were inactive on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams due to injuries, are not listed on the injury report.
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Bills, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
