Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk left practice with what appeared to be a hamstring injury.
"He pulled up on a deep route (after a Jimmy Garoppolo-thrown pass) and grabbed back of his left leg," wrote Matt Maiocco. "He's been having a very impressive camp."
Offensive lineman Ross Reynolds sustained a leg injury during 11-on-11 drills and was carted off the field.
"Hopefully, it's not as bad as it looked," said right tackle Mike McGlinchey after practice.
Nick Wagoner of ESPN adds that defensive end Dee Ford also left practice with an injury. He did not take part in 11-on-11 drills at all.
Jake Hutchinson of KNBR adds that Ford pulled up holding his right calf/ankle after a 1-on-1 rep against right tackle Mike McGlinchey.
We await official updates from the 49ers. Players have Monday off and will return to the practice field on Tuesday morning.
