"Somebody tell my momma I became a millionaire today ... I appreciate the 49ers organization for letting me chase my dreams and be one hell of a father," Kinlaw wrote via Instagram as news of the signing broke.
Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, the team's other first-round pick, and tight end Charlie Woerner, a sixth-rounder, are the only remaining unsigned 49ers draft picks.
Update: The 49ers later announced the signing of Aiyuk, which leaves Woerner as the last of the team's unsigned draft picks.

Kinlaw racked up 10 sacks in his final two years with the Gamecocks while adding 65 tackles, 15 for a loss, seven passes defensed, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries during those seasons.
"Just a physical presence," Kinlaw said in April when asked what he brings to the 49ers defensive line. "Another physical, dominating presence attached with three more? You can't ask for nothing better than that. I feel like I can come in and play a vital role."
Thanks to the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which was ratified in March and extends through the 2030 season, all rookie contracts are for a length of four years.
First-round selections come with an option for a fifth year, which, for the 49ers, applies to both Kinlaw and wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. NFL teams must decide whether or not to activate the player's fifth-year option before the fourth and final year of the rookie deal.
The total value of Kinlaw's four-year contract is believed to be $15,488,700, or very close to that amount, according to OverTheCap.com. That includes a signing bonus of $8,824,508 and a 2020 salary-cap figure of $2,816,127.
