One 49ers player is disappointed about a glaring omission, in his opinion. No, not the lack of a specific player, but a position.
Kyle Juszczyk, the 49ers' Pro Bowl fullback, was disheartened to see that his position was not represented within the All-Decade Team of the 2010s.
"I guess no fullbacks played this decade," Juszczyk tweeted out sarcastically in reply to Ian Rapport of NFL Network's announcement of the roster.
Juszczyk has proven to be a crucial component of the 49ers' potent rushing attack since joining the team in 2017. He is among the best at his position, and San Francisco's running backs have significantly benefitted from his blocking. The 49ers' rushing attack ranked No. 2 in the NFL in 2019, averaging 144.1 yards per game.
Juszczyk is a four-time Pro Bowl selection, including this past season.
H/t to Jessica Kleinschmidt of NBC Sports Bay Area for the find.
