The 49ers confirmed via a press release shortly after Barrows' report that Moore signed a one-year deal.
As Barrows states, Moore most recently played for the San Diego Fleet of the now-defunct Alliance of American Football. He spent six seasons in the NFL before that.
Moore's seven sacks in 2019 tied for second during the AAF's abbreviated season, reports Barrows. He also recorded 22 tackles and one fumble recovery with the Fleet.
The New York Giants made Moore a third-round draft pick out of Texas A&M in 2013. He also appeared in games with the Miami Dolphins, Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, and Oakland Raiders. Moore registered 83 combined tackles, 10 sacks, four passes defensed, and two forced fumbles over his NFL career.
