Lynch is scheduled to talk at 7:45 a.m. PT while Shanahan will speak an hour later at 8:45 a.m. PT, per the San Francisco Chronicle.
While the focus will be on the draft, one topic that is likely to come up is the situation with linebacker Reuben Foster, who on February 11 was arrested for the second time this offseason. This time, it was on suspicion of domestic violence, threats, and possession of an assault weapon.
A month earlier, Foster was arrested and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana in Alabama.
Neither Lynch nor Shanahan have spoken publicly about Foster's second arrest since it occurred.
The NFL Scouting Combine kicks off on Tuesday, February 27 and concludes on Monday, March 5. NFL Network broadcasts of the on-field player workouts begin on Friday, March 2.
