The ensuing three-play, 18-yard drive ended with another touchdown – this time by 49ers running back Carlos Hyde – to give San Francisco a 37-19 lead.
Garoppolo has completed 21 of 29 pass attempts for 242 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception.
Hyde has carried the football 16 times for 41 yards and the score.
