Update: Juszczyk reportedly suffered a neck injury and is questionable to return.
The injury occurred with just under 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter. Juszczyk went down on a lead block for running back Carlos Hyde.
The 49ers already lost some other key contributors on Sunday. Wide receiver Trent Taylor (ribs), safety Jaquiski Tartt (wrist), linebacker Elijah Lee (knee), and tight ends George Kittle (leg) and Cole Hikutini (knee) all left the game due to injuries. Kittle returned to the game but looked uncomfortable on the field.
