Predictably, the Super Bowl LI Champion New England Patriots are favored to win it all again next year, according to Monday morning's opening odds by Bovada, Las Vegas. According to the betting site, the Patriots are over 31-times more likely to win Super Bowl LII than the San Francisco 49ers, who open up with 150-to-1 odds, tied with the Cleveland Browns for worst among all 32 NFL teams.

The 49ers enter the 2017 offseason with a new (soon-to-be-announced) head coach, a new general manager, and a depleted roster in need of an overhaul.


The NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons opened with 14-to-1 odds to redeem their historic Super Bowl meltdown against the Patriots. Their offensive coordinator, Kyle Shanahan, is expected to be named as the new 49ers head coach this week.

The NFC West team with the best odds of winning the Super Bowl are the Seattle Seahawks at 16-to-1. The Arizona Cardinals come in second at 33-to-1, followed by the Los Angeles Rams, which opened at 75-to-1.
