49ers top PFF's 2024 NFL roster rankings

The San Francisco 49ers are widely regarded as having one of the most talented rosters in the NFL, and analytics site Pro Football Focus agrees with that sentiment. Contributors Jim Wyman and Dalton Wasserman recently assessed and ranked all 32 NFL rosters, placing the 49ers at the top of their list.
"San Francisco had three players who ranked inside the top two of their position in overall grade last season — Christian McCaffrey, Brandon Aiyuk, and George Kittle," the contributors explained. "They also had Deebo Samuel, who finished 12th among wide receivers in receiving grade. Simply put, the 49ers are still stacked with offensive
49ers contract details: Jauan Jennings deal reduces 2024 cap hit with void years

When news broke that the San Francisco 49ers were signing wide receiver Jauan Jennings to a two-year, $15.39 million deal, replacing his one-year tendered offer of $4.89 million, many wondered how this would impact the team's salary cap for 2024. Most casual fans likely weren't familiar with Pearsall when the 49ers selected him with the No. 31 overall pick in this year's draft.
Analysts didn't anticipate the Florida product being a first-round pick. Dane Brugler of The Athletic had Pearsall ranked ninth among wide receivers in his pre-draft assessment, expecting him to be chosen in the second or third round rather than the sixth receiver off the board.
However, NFL Matchup analyst Greg Cosell sees potential in Pearsall. Cosell was impressed by the young receiver's skill set during his pre-draft evaluation. When

What did you like about OL Dominick Puni, your new guard?
"Dom, on tape, was a little different than [OL] Colton [McKivitz]. In other words, you didn't see a lot on tape that was what we do. But you saw in his testing, and you saw glimpses of it on tape. He is one of those guys that, we've talked about a lot of times, where you look at him and you'd say,
