Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Nolan said TE Delanie Walker (shoulder), OG Justin Smiley (shoulder), OG Eric Heitmann (leg), OT Jonas Jennings (shoulder), CB Shawntae Spencer (foot) and WR Darrell Jackson (toe) will likely be held out of the team's OTAs, which begin June 4.

Trey Lance's first NFL start was far from perfect, but it was good enough to leave a positive impression on those who were playing with and against him on the field. Lance finished with 192 yards on 15-of-29 passing with zero touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, while also leading both teams in rushing with 16 carries for 89 yards. Kyle Shanahan had a chance to study the film from yesterday's disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks and has reviewed the game with his players. The San Francisco 49ers head coach spoke with reporters today via a conference call and assessed the play of several players, including rookie quarterback Trey Lance.
