The San Francisco 49ers announced Sunday that S Jaquiski Tartt has been placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list. However, unlike Ian Williams, Tartt can be activated at any point during camp. The injury is minor (muscle tweak) and not a real concern for the coaching staff.
