ESPN's Adam Caplan is reporting that the Philadelphia Eagles have signed OL Tanner Hawkinson from the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad.

Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee notes that the signing leaves the 49ers with two open practice squad spots. Andrew Tiller was promoted from the practice squad prior to the 49ers' game against the New York Giants.

Hawkinson, a former Cincinnati Bengal, was signed to the 49ers practice squad on September 7, 2015.
