Well this is pretty fantastic to see. The Official San Francisco 49ers Twitter account posted this video of NaVorro Bowman getting ready to face the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium today.
It will be his first game action since January of 2014.

Javon Hargrave ready to kick in doors with 49ers
Javon Hargrave earned a 91.1 overall Pro Football Focus grade against the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. It was his second-highest grade of the season (91.5, Week 18 vs. Giants).
