Well this is pretty fantastic to see. The Official San Francisco 49ers Twitter account posted this video of NaVorro Bowman getting ready to face the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium today.

It will be his first game action since January of 2014.

The San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday activated linebacker Fred Warner off of the reserve/COVID-19 list. He had been away from the team since August 31. Warner was back on the practice field this week as the 49ers prepare for their Week 1 matchup on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. John Lynch describes Dee Ford's recent injury as an 'Achilles tweak' but says the 49ers pass rusher is ready to go

Dee Ford was among several San Francisco 49ers players who spoke with reporters via Zoom on Thursday. At the same time, general manager John Lynch was on KNBR discussing the team as it prepares for Week 1 on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Ford fought through injuries last season and then suffered what was reported as a calf injury during training camp. The good news is that he has practiced all week, hasn't appeared on any injury reports and seems to be set to play this weekend. Ford said he hopes to be more available this season.
