Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers LB Jay Foreman (knee) suffered a right knee sprain Week 15 and his status for Week 16 is uncertain.

OL Adam Snyder (ankle, knee) might be available for the Week 16 game. He has missed the past two games with a right ankle and knee injury.

LB Derek M. Smith (hamstring) might be available for the Week 16 game. He has missed the past two games with a left hamstring injury.

TE Eric Johnson (knee) might be available for the Week 16 game. He has missed the past three games with a left knee injury.

C Eric Heitmann (leg) is expected to miss three-to-four months after undergoing surgery on a broken tibia. C Tony Wragge replaced Heitmann during the Week 15 game.
