49ers sign Kendall Hunter to a one-year extension

On Monday, the San Francisco 49ers announced that they have signed running back Kendall Hunter to a one-year contract extension that will keep him with the team through the 2015 season. Hunter suffered a season-ending ACL tear in late July.

Hunter was selected in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the 49ers.
