49ers sign Kendall Hunter to a one-year extension

On Monday, the San Francisco 49ers announced that they have signed running back Kendall Hunter to a one-year contract extension that will keep him with the team through the 2015 season. Hunter suffered a season-ending ACL tear in late July.

Hunter was selected in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the 49ers.

The San Francisco 49ers announced that exclusive-rights free agent Daniel Brunskill, an offensive lineman, has signed his one-year tender. The Niners tendered the one-year contract to Brunskill on March 12. The Atlanta Falcons signed Brunskill as an undrafted free agent out of San Diego State in 2017. He played for the San Diego Fleet of the now-defunct AAF league before signing with the 49ers on April 11, 2019. Brunskill, 27, has 30 game appearances and 23 starts through his two seasons in San Francisco.
