Harbaugh expects Osgood to return to 49ers today

This morning, Jim Harbaugh stated on KNBR that he expects wide receiver and special teams ace Kassim Osgood to be re-signed by the team today.

Osgood will take the roster spot of Glenn Dorsey, who will miss most of the season with a torn bicep.

Osgood was released when the team made its final roster cuts on Saturday. His release allowed the 49ers to not pay his guaranteed salary for the season.

Jimmie Ward asks Jason Verrett if he'll return to the 49ers

San Francisco 49ers safety Jimmie Ward recently asked his teammate, cornerback Jason Verrett, whether he'll return to the team in 2021.
