Matt Maiocco, of The Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers OT Jonas Jennings (ankle) could play Week 3.

OG Justin Smiley (shoulder) is listed as probable for Week 3.

WR Taylor Jacobs (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 3.

DT Anthony Adams (ankle) is listed as probable for Week 3 after suffering an ankle sprain Week 2.

DL Ronald Fields (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 3 after suffering a stinger Week 2.

The team remains optimistic that the second-year wide receiver will be available for its Week 1 contest next weekend against the Arizona Cardinals. The San Francisco 49ers' second-year defensive end returned to practice this week and is expected to play during Sunday's season opener against the Arizona Cardinals.
