According to USA Today, former 49ers first-round pick Rashaun Woods, whom Denver claimed off waivers, failed his physical Thursday and won't be joining the Broncos. Woods was cut by the San Diego Chargers on Tuesday. He was traded to San Diego by San Francisco. The 49ers acquired cornerback Sammy Davis for Woods.
