"This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel and in consultation with medical experts," the NFL said via a statement. The injury left the 49ers with Jerick McKinnon and Austin Walter as the only available running backs. Head coach Kyle Shanahan spoke with reporters after the game and said that Hasty suffered a broken collarbone. That means he'll probably miss a significant amount of time and will likely become yet another 49ers player to land on injured reserve. Shanahan is hoping to get running backs Raheem Mostert (ankle) and Tevin Coleman (knee) back after the bye week. "I'm hoping they are," Shanahan said of their chances to return in time for the 49ers' Week 12
