Today, the San Francisco 49ers kick off their 2010 preseason with a road matchup against the defending AFC Champion Indianapolis Colts.
Being a preseason game, the starters will only play a limited amount of time. However, fans will have their eyes on players like quarterback Alex Smith, rookie offensive lineman Anthony Davis and Mike Iupati, wide receivers Michael Crabtree and Ted Ginn, and rookie safety Taylor Mays.
The game will be broadcast live at 10:00 am on NFL Network.
