The San Francisco 49ers provided an update on wide receiver Chris Conley ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots. Conley is dealing with an illness but is still expected to play in the game.
Conley has been active in all three of the 49ers' games this season, recording one catch for four yards. He originally joined the 49ers last season and re-signed on a one-year deal in March.
In 2023, Conley recorded three catches for 69 yards through eight regular-season appearances, adding two more catches for 35 yards in the playoffs. A third-round draft pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2015, Conley has amassed 221 receptions for 2,926 yards and 15 touchdowns over his career.
