The San Francisco 49ers have provided new injury updates ahead of Thursday's practice, adding two more key players to the list of those sidelined alongside wide receiver Deebo Samuel (calf strain) and running back Christian McCaffrey (calf, Achilles).
Tight end George Kittle is missing practice due to a hamstring injury, while cornerback Charvarius Ward is dealing with both hamstring and knee issues.

Thursday marks the second practice of the week, with one more scheduled for Friday before the 49ers travel to Southern California for their NFC West showdown against the Los Angeles Rams. Several star contributors may be unavailable for this divisional clash.
The Rams are also grappling with injury concerns. Star receivers Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Puka Nacua (PCL sprain) will be unavailable this weekend, and the team is dealing with multiple injuries along the offensive line.
The 49ers, sitting at 1-1 after a loss to the Minnesota Vikings, face a Rams team still searching for its first win of the season. The Rams are 0-2, following a 41-10 defeat to the Arizona Cardinals.
