According to Jay Glazer of FOXSports.com, San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Nolan has already been fired.

This comes after a report from ESPN saying that Nolan would be let go after Sunday's game against the Seahawks. It makes sense that the 49ers would make a move immediately due to the leak being made public.

It is assumed that assistant head coach Mike Singletary will take over for Nolan.

The story has already been reported by Pro Football Talk.
