49ers-Cardinals Injury Updates: Mike McGlinchey out with knee injury

The San Francisco 49ers entered Week 9's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals without defensive end Dee Ford (back), and safety Jimmie Ward (quadricep). Ford was placed on injured reserve and Ward was among the team's seven inactive players.
