San Francisco 49ers rookie defensive end Nick Bosa has been nursing a sore ankle all week but is expected to play today against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
#49ers first-round DE Nick Bosa, who was limited this week in practice with an ankle injury he first hurt in camp, is trending the right way toward playing, source said.
Bosa went into Week 1 recovering from an ankle sprain that kept him out of the preseason. He got dinged up on the first play of the game but played through the pain, which left the young pass rusher sore.
Bosa missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday before being limited on Friday and listed as questionable for the game.
