The San Francisco 49ers are rolling to what could be their first win of the season. A 33-yard touchdown run by running back Matt Breida gave the 49ers a 31-13 lead over the visiting 1-7 New York Giants. The scoring play capped off a six-play, 62-yard drive with just over nine minutes left in the fourth quarter.
Breida has already carried the football nine times for 55 yards and the score. Starting running back Carlos Hyde has 89 yards on 14 carries. Breida's touchdown was the 49ers' fourth of the game.
