If the 2017 San Francisco 49ers have been consistent at one thing, it's been shooting themselves in the foot. Penalties, dropped passes, and missed opportunities have been all too common thus far and are the main reasons for the team's 0-4 start.

Al and Zain are joined by KNBR's Larry Krueger to talk about the current woes, specifically quarterback Brian Hoyer, cornerback Rashard Robinson and the underperforming receiving group.

Thinking Kirk Cousins or a rookie quarterback in 2018? Krueger and the guys drop a surprise name out there that may shock a few fans. The trio also discusses when we might see the 49ers' first win of the season. Will it come on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts?
