For the San Francisco 49ers, there were no changes to Thursday's practice participation report from the day before. The same three players, tight end George Kittle, safety Jimmie Ward, and edge defender Aaron Lynch, were once again limited during practice as the team prepares for its season opener on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers at Levi's Stadium.
The 49ers continue to be cautious with Ward as he attempts to return from the hamstring injury that forced him to miss all of training camp and preseason.
Kittle dealt with his own hamstring injury during training camp and recently aggravated the injury.
Below is the Thursday practice participation report for both the 49ers and the Panthers.
