49ers interested in Ravens FB Kyle Juszczyk
According to Tom Pelissero of USA TODAY Sports, the San Francisco 49ers are among the teams showing interest in Baltimore Ravens FB
Kyle Juszczyk.
The 49ers didn't have a fullback on the roster last season. Bruce Miller was the team's fullback the previous season and was trying to convert to a tight end in Chip Kelly's offense, but legal problems led the 49ers to release Miller a week prior to the start of the regular season.
Juszczyk, who turns 26 in April, was a fourth-round selection out of Harvard by Baltimore in the 2013 NFL Draft. He was selected to the Pro Bowl last season and was a 2016 First-Team All-Pro.

Why PFF names 49ers rookie Drake Jackson as a day two draft steal
Pro Football Focus looked at the entire 2022 NFL Draft and identified some of the biggest draft steals. The San Francisco 49ers didn't own a first-round pick but did have nine picks starting with No. 61 overall in the second round. With that selection, the Niners added defensive end Drake Jackson out of USC, and the analytics site sees the pick as a great value for the NFC West team.

Watch Brock Purdy's family reaction to the 49ers drafting him as Mr. Irrelevant
Over the weekend, the San Francisco 49ers made quarterback Brock Purdy the No. 262 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. He was the final selection in this year's draft, making Purdy "Mr. Irrelevant."
His family didn't care that Purdy was the last player to come off draft boards. They looked just as excited for the 22-year-old player as they would have had he been a first-round pick.
Thank you Jesus for making this happen! We love you BP! We're always routing for you❤️💛😍🏈 #49ers
49ers re-sign CB Jason Verrett to a one-year deal
The San Francisco 49ers announced they have re-signed cornerback Jason Verrett to a one-year deal. He was an unrestricted free agent.
Two days have passed since the conclusion of the 2022 NFL Draft. The 49ers selected two cornerbacks—Samuel Womack of Toledo and Tariq Castro-Fields of Penn State—as part of their nine-player draft class. The team also invested heavily in the position by signing cornerback Charvarius Ward in free agency.
The then-San Diego Chargers drafted Verrett (5-10, 188) out of TCU with the No. 25 overall pick in 2014. He registered five tackles during Week 1 this past season before suffering a season-ending torn ACL, landing on injured reserve for the sixth time in eight seasons.
Verrett, 30, has recorded 145 tackles,
