"Aside from the move we made at quarterback two weeks ago, like I said earlier, everybody has played," Kelly said. "It's not like we haven't played somebody. I mean, everybody that is eligible in the 46 is contributed in some shape or fashion. We rotate our defensive line. Our linebackers are playing. We rotate the outside linebackers. Our secondary is depending on our packages. Sometimes we get four or five and even six [defensive backs] in at the same time. All of our receivers play. Our running backs have rotated.
"You've seen all of those guys so it's not, 'Hey, we need to insert this guy in the lineup because I don't think we've given him an opportunity.' I think everybody's had an opportunity to play at this point in time."
Kelly also stated that RB Carlos Hyde will practice again in a blue non-contact jersey, but it is up to the medical staff whether or not he is cleared to play on Sunday. It doesn't matter how he looks in practice to the coaching staff. OLB Aaron Lynch will not practice and will miss his second straight practice this week.
Hyde's shoulder injury occurred during the third quarter of the 49ers' October 16 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Mike Davis replaced Hyde while the 49ers' starting running back was on the sideline. The 49ers promoted RB DuJuan Harris from the practice squad for their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He rushed for 39 yards on 11 carries in that game.
Lynch suffered a left ankle injury against the Buccaneers. Lynch left the Buccaneers game after his legs were buried by players under a pileup during a tackle.
