Our own Al Sacco reports that rookie Joshua Garnett looks as though he will make his first career start – playing at right tackle. This week, both head coach Chip Kelly and offensive coordinator Curtis Modkins had said that, despite an earlier report, no decision had been made on a starter at right guard.
