This past season was Koetter's first with the Buccaneers. Prior to that, he spent time as an offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars. He also has college head coaching experience during stints with Arizona State and Boise State where he has a career record of 66-44, including going 4-2 in Bowl games.
