During today's home game at Levi's Stadium against the St. Louis Rams, not only was Kaepernick on the field during the pregame, but he was shown on the sidelines during the game itself by the CBS broadcast.
Along with his head coach, Kaepernick's future with the team has been a big question mark as the 49ers season comes to a close. While the 49ers have said that he fits into the team's future plans, others have suggested that San Francisco might be willing to trade him.
Earlier this season, Kaepernick was benched for QB Blaine Gabbert before being placed on injured reserve with a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
