ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that, per his agent, former Cleveland Browns RB Shaun Draughn agreed to terms with San Francisco 49ers. Just two weeks removed from playing with the Cleveland Browns, he worked out with the 49ers today who quickly signed him to the active roster.

Draughn went undrafted in 2011 and was signed by the Washington Redskins before heading to the Kansas City Chiefs. He has also spent time with the Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, San Diego Chargers, and Browns.

Draughn, who played college football at North Carolina, has rushed for 264 yards and two touchdowns during his NFL career.
