Shortly after that, CB Kenneth Acker was slow to get up after colliding with S Eric Reid. However, he jogged off of the field on his own power and then returned to the field to play.
DE Quinton Dial was also slow to get up on a later play in the same quarter.
The team has already lost special teamer L.J. McCray and RB Reggie Bush, both of which were carted to the locker room.
McCray looked to have a right ankle injury. Bush slipped on the sideline concrete, injuring his left leg.
The 49ers trail the Rams 20-6 at the half.
